SAXOPHONES, SEX & ELECTRO
during summer life is much more random than otherwise and structure does not seem to exist. hence the blog is updated during the whole summer but it isn't until september that the real business begins. wellwell, here we go:
found three great tracks for today. first a classic house tune containing much saxophones which is always niiice. found out that dub deluxe is a project from the two guys behing sunloverz who want to do something else than the typical melodic vocal house that they produce otherwise. the second track is a rip of a remix justice made on a song by the brooklynband mgmt (earlier the management). the last song is a amazing progressive tune by italian schwartz found on housemusicwithlove.

GIVE ME A M
Sometimes I'm too caught up in the french house scene to notice all the other goodies out there. But recently I discovered a German named MMMatthias. So far he has remixed Coldplay, Sigur Ros, MGMT, Santogold and RATATAT, along with a couple of his own tunes. The Coldplay remix is definately one of my favorites. It's hard, filled with heavy basses and builds up the tension just the way I like it.
Coldplay - Death And All His Friends (MMMatthias Remix)
(electronica, 2008)
His well build beats are growing quickly on me. This ear candy kind of taste like rich and sizzling chocolate on your tounge. Feed yourself with some MMMatthias tunes and they might grow on you too!
MGMT - The Youth (MMMatthias Remix)
(electronica, 2008)
RATATAT - Mirando (MMMatthias Remix)
(electronica, 2008)
Sigur Ros - Saeglopur (MMMatthias Remix)
(electronica, 2008)
Santogold - My Superman (MMMatthias Remix)
(electronica, 2008)
He offers his music free over at Myspace. So check him out and give him all the love in the ocean.
